El caso es que a partir de hoy la COFETEL en el ámbito de su desesperación está registrando a Juan de la ching… sin que se verifiquen arroyos de datos falsos aparte del numero de celulares fantasmas que la misma institución está ingresando a través de un script que pareciera mágico y que por poco le dice a COFETEL los nombres de los que se que se registrarán en las últimas horas del sábado. ¿Cuánto costará esa base de datos? ¿Qué a poco no es un peligro esa base de datos en un gobierno de donde se ha comprobado que algunos de sus miembros están coludidos con el narco? Estos señores al igual que otros son realmente rastreros que les vale estar bajo el zapata del jefe, embarrándose de lodo o de lo que el zapata esté embadurnado. La dignidad de esos sujetos es demasiado pobre y la verdad, sus hijos, sus familiares y demás conocidos deberían medir sus amistades. Son personas que los psicólogos los califican con problemas psicosomáticos o de doble personalidad, enfermedad psicológica que es totalmente delicada y que puede incluso traer problemas de integración familiar y social. Cuando escuchamos declaraciones tan cínicas y desvergonzadas, se nos viene a la mente tantísimas injusticias que se cometen en el campo laboral, mismas que toleradas, reforzadas, ignoradas, solapadas y hasta ayudadas jurídicamente por las mismas autoridades se acrecientan de forma superlativa. Por lo menos en las ciudades importantes de Chiapas, las personas que prestan sus servicios a cambio de miserias o al “destajo” o por comisiones, como usualmente es conocido, están dentro de gente que puede ayudarles pero el infortunio jurídico y el estado de indefensión es total para los trabajadores del campo, mismos que aparte de tener bajo o nulo nivel de escolaridad, no existe nadie que los oriente o asesore y sobre todo porque viven en la plena esclavitud moderna, pues ellos no saben cuánto les toca de aguinaldo y menos que hayan escuchado eso de reparto de utilidades y es posible que hasta muchos caciques y rancheros, analfabetas también, sepan que sus trabajadores tienen derecho a esas prestaciones. Dios mío, es una catástrofe para los pobres trabajadores, ellos sí realmente necesitan del apoyo del gobierno o de un grupo de abogados que les orienten sobre aquellos derechos que para muchos de esos trabajadores, no saben que existen a su favor. En años anteriores, la ciudadanía capitalina por estas fechas ya estaba comprando sus pipas de agua sucia para subsistir del vital líquido, así que los piperos tenían uno de los negocios más redituables y eso provocó que gran cantidad de terrenos cercanos al río Sabinal se hicieran cientos de agujeros, mejor conocidos como pozos artesianos de donde extraía y se sigue extrayendo cientos de miles de litros de agua diario; agua por cierto que tiene una gran contaminación capaz de provocar enfermedades de cura irreversible. En la actualidad, son muy escasas las colonias donde el agua no llega, quizá porque no fueron contempladas dentro de los polígonos contemplados dentro del fundo legal de Tuxtla. Hoy la gente se da el lujo de tener agua permanente, tal como decían aquellos anuncios publicitarios de los que el propio Sabines fue objeto de críticas cuando estaba iniciando su campaña para gobernador de la entidad. Hay otras obras de envergadura notable pero para los capitalinos podría decirse que es la que nos permite estar jactanciosos; hoy en Tuxtla no se habla de agua y menos de su escasez, los capitalinos pueden bañarse a todas horas del día sin tener que estar midiendo o racionando en producto. Ahora si como dijera Ángel Mario Ksherato Flores en su columna de “Fichero Político” de que “no se le vaya a ocurrir a algún atarantado aspirante a la alcaldía de Tuxtla decir que “seguirá la política de trabajo de su sucesor” pues de lo contrario, con esa frase estaría cavando su misma tumba política, ya que Valls Esponda, dejará a los tuxtlecos un mal sabor de boca, calles despedazadas, bolas y topes por donde quiera, pero eso sí; se irá cargado o forrado de billetes gracias a que en Chiapas, es el jardín de Edén de cualquier rata que venga como político, es pues la tierra y el bastión de México de las impunidades, sino me lo creen, solamente contéstenme ¿dónde diablos están los 11 mil millones de pesos que era para la reconstrucción del Stan y que Pablo Salazar se clavó?

El caso es que todos los que “chismoseamos” en los medios de comunicación sabemos sobre la extraña muerte de la niña mexiquense de nombre Paultte Gebara Farah, donde los padres de la menor la reportan como extraviada y la Procuraduría de Enrique Peña Nieto, de inmediato atendió al llamado de acaudalada familia pero lo primero que hicieron los agentes y el ministerio público, fue sospechar de los padres de la menor la señora Lisette Farah y el señor Mauricio Gebara como presuntos responsables incluyendo criados de la casa y nanas de la niña, mismos que ni tardo ni perezoso fueron arraigados por dos días y en esos precisos días la casa de esa infortunada familia pasó a ser resguardada por cientos de agentes y agentes del ministerio publico que se dieron a la tarea de buscar hasta debajo de las alfombras, jardines, colchones y hasta dentro del refrigerador pero increíblemente los “sabuesos” de la Procu mexiquense encontraron el cadáver de la niña, muerta por asfixia, precisamente entre el marco de su cama y la orilla del colchón. Como dijera Kiko, “cosas no”. Carlos Loret, conductor del noticiario le preguntaba al flamante procurador que si un cadáver después de diez días de muerto no apestaba, a lo que el funcionario le respondió que a él, “los médicos le dijeron que no apestaba nada”.
